If you are local or traveller and are looking for harvest work you will need to register with MADEC employment service first. Once you have done this, MADEC will contact you when we need you to start with us (when work becomes available) Sometimes you will need to wait.

When you have registered with MADEC download and read document 2 & 3 below.
Make sure you have opened and read step 2 & 3.
Once you have started working with us, we will send you an online link so you can fill-in your payroll details and submit online. You will need tax file number (TFN), superannuation account details (separate from bank account) and bank account details.
For any pay queries please complete this form online and submit to our office. Explain exactly and clearly your problem. We do not accept phone calls or text messages. Submit your pay tally online.
An email address (not Hotmail or Yahoo – setup a Gmail account) is required for remittance of your weekly Pay Advice. Funds will be deposited into your account shortly after these are received by email.
End of Year Pay Summaries will also be emailed to you during the first 10 days of July as required by Commonwealth Government legislation. There will be no exceptions to this.
